Join Te Mata Views Resort as a couple in a varied all-rounder role with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance of gardens and outdoor areas
• Guest check-in and check-out at reception
• Handle phone and booking enquiries
• Assist with food and beverage service in bar and bistro
• Help with cleaning and turnover of accommodation
• Provide excellent customer service across all areas

Requirements

• Position is for a couple
• Great attitude and willingness to work across different areas
• Friendly and reliable personality
• Ability to deliver great customer service
• Flexibility with work hours during peak periods
• Experience in hospitality, maintenance, or reception is a bonus
