Responsibilities

• Prepare and present exceptional dishes for international guests
• Work closely with the Kitchen leadership team
• Curate dishes using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients
• Share creativity and personalize dishes for guests
• Work with produce from the on-site vegetable garden
• Collaborate with a creative and close-knit kitchen team

Requirements

• Exceptional kitchen experience
• Passion for contemporary New Zealand cuisine
• Creativity and willingness to personalize dishes
• Team player who values collaboration
• Interest in working with seasonal local ingredients
• Available September/October 2026 to April 2027
