Responsibilities

• Safely operate traditional punts along the Avon River
• Deliver engaging and informative commentary to passengers
• Provide outstanding customer service with a welcoming and professional attitude
• Assist guests with boarding and disembarking
• Help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the punts and surrounding areas

Requirements

• Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physically fit and able to pole a punt (training provided)
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and during busy tourism periods
