Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to charity supporters
• Build genuine conversations with donors
• Secure ongoing donations for charity partners
• Represent charity brands professionally
• Meet performance targets and KPIs

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year call centre/outbound sales experience
• Reliable laptop and professional headset
• Fast, stable internet connection
• Confident and articulate phone communication
• Ability to work independently and self-manage
• Available Monday-Friday, 4-5 days per week
