Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day bar operations
• Managing inventory
• Training staff
• Creating and executing beverage programs
• Maintaining high levels of customer service
• Creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for our guests
• Working closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient and smooth operations
• Inventory and cost control

Requirements

• Previous experience in a bar role
• preferably in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment
• Strong leadership and management skills
• A deep understanding of craft cocktails

• Ability to manage inventory and cost control
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
