Description

Tree nursery work selecting and planting branches and trimming pine tree roots. Position at Jactive Pacific Limited in South Waikato, New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Selecting best branch to cut and collect them to the bag in the morning
• Planting branches on the prepared row after lunch
• Lifting small pine tree and trim their roots according to customer requirement
• Packing trees to a box with 100pcs each
• Working under wet and cold weather

Requirements

• Must be able to commit 3 months
• Must have a very strong back due to frequent bending
• Must be drug free
• Must have valid NZ visa or be NZ resident
• Must have own transport
• Candidates with skin allergies to pine tree not encouraged

Benefits

• Hourly rate $26 plus 8% holiday pay
• Piece rate available for fast workers
• Free onsite camping if working at least 8 weeks

• Average 30-45 hours per week
