Description

Hands-on farm role caring for calves and assisting with dairy operations on a 300-cow family farm near Morrinsville.

Responsibilities

• Rear and care for calves during calving season
• Assist with milking operations in the dairy shed
• Perform general farm duties and maintenance
• Work independently and as part of small family team
• Care for animals and monitor their health

Requirements

• Hardworking and dependable attitude
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• No experience necessary - training provided
• Available for minimum 8 weeks (late June/early July start)
• Valid work visa or NZ residency
