Description

Hands-on customer-facing role preparing campervans for hire, conducting safety checks, and delivering exceptional service to travelers.

Responsibilities

• Carry out campervan safety checks, interior repairs, and minor refurbishments
• Quality-check work of contract cleaners to ensure vans are spotless
• Greet customers, manage check-ins/check-outs, and process rental contracts
• Provide handovers and trip briefings to road-trippers
• Upsell add-ons like insurance and camping gear
• Support Branch Manager in keeping operations running smoothly

Requirements

• Valid driver's licence and clean driving record
• Practical hands-on skills, confident with tools and repairs
• Strong people skills, warm and customer-focused
• Good attention to detail and efficient work style
• Legal right to work in New Zealand
• Available to work Saturdays (Sunday off guaranteed)
