Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and explain Aoraki Mt Cook experiences
• Process payments and invoicing through aviation system
• Creative logistics planning of flights
• Conduct safety briefings and assist with passenger loading/unloading
• Pre-flight preparations and flight following
• Create and manage client and agent bookings
• General office duties and base organization
• Assist with sales and marketing initiatives
• Maintain accurate operational records

Requirements

• Eligible to work in New Zealand
• Full New Zealand Drivers License
• Must live within the McKenzie District
• Positive, proactive, and problem-solving attitude
• Team player with collaborative approach
• Excellent planning, organizing, and communication skills
• Well-developed computer and IT skills
• Eye for detail and accuracy
