Personal support role helping a professional with cerebral palsy maintain independence through daily living assistance in Wellington.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with showering, dressing, eating and using the toilet
• Assisting during the workday in a home office and potentially at the workplace
• Helping with housework, cooking, shopping, and general household administration
• Assisting during social outings with friends or relaxing at home

Requirements

• Highly reliable, intelligent, and mature
• Open-minded with a genuine sense of care
• Practical and proactive mindset
• Great listener and quick learner
• Flexibility to occasionally stay later than scheduled shifts
• Ability to take initiative
• No experience or formal qualifications necessary
