Description
Experienced HR Administrator needed for temporary full-time role in Takapuna supporting busy HR team until Christmas.
Responsibilities
- Responding to HR enquiries from employees and managers
- Processing leave requests, salary changes, and allowances
- Keeping employee records accurate and up to date
- Supporting HR systems and online processes
- Working closely with payroll, recruitment, and HR teams
- Helping ensure HR policies and processes are followed
Requirements
- Previous experience in HR admin or HR coordination essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good attention to detail and organisation skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems
- Able to handle confidential information professionally
- Friendly, reliable, and team player
Benefits
- $33 per hour plus 8% holiday pay
