Description

Oversee hotel operations during night-time hours, ensuring guest satisfaction and security at Scenic Suites & Heartland Hotel.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests at Reception and assisting with guest's luggage
• Attending to guest needs on arrival and departure
• Oversight of security of the hotel property, and reporting any incidents or concerns to Management
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Taking a proactive approach to cleaning the reception and public areas
• Answering enquiries from guests about local attractions
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in lobby areas
• Taking late night room service orders to guests

Requirements

• 1 year experience in a similar hospitality role desired
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy luggage
• Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for guests
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Driver's licence desired
