Description

Experienced duty manager needed to lead team in busy tavern/restaurant in Hanmer Springs tourist town.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team
• Work behind the bar or on the floor
• Cash handling
• Provide excellent customer service
• Work on a rotating roster including evenings and weekends

Requirements

• Experience Necessary
• A current Duty Manager's Certificate or a minimum of an LCQ
• A good understanding of NZ liquor laws
• Experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of New Zealand food and beverages
• The ability to work behind the bar or on the floor
• A passion for excellent customer service with a keen eye for attention to detail
• Cash handling experience
