The Hermitage Hotel in Aoraki, Mt Cook is seeking a store person for a busy temporary position. The role involves managing the intake and distribution of food and non-food items within the hotel store

Responsibilities

• Receiving food and non-food items to the stores
• Checking off items against delivery records
• Sending items to various areas of the hotel
• Maintaining organized stock storage

Requirements

• Able to work without supervision
• Physically fit
• Well-structured
• Able to follow instruction and count accurately
• Knowledge in food handling (advantageous)
• Understanding of FIFO - First In First Out (advantageous)
