A global campervan rental brand seeking a Branch Manager to build team culture and run daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operations of Christchurch branch
• Train, coach, and lead a small team (3 direct reports + contractors)
• Own fleet presentation, cleaning oversight, safety, and maintenance readiness
• Deliver great customer service
• Manage branch KPIs, maintenance records, local suppliers, and expenses
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Drive local sales, up-sell add-ons, and support vehicle sales

Requirements

• Valid driver's licence
• Solid mechanical or handyman confidence
• Strong communicator and natural team leader
• Comfort with computers, apps, and admin tasks
• Positive, solution-first attitude
• Organised with attention to detail

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000 - $90,000
