Description
A global campervan rental brand seeking a Branch Manager to build team culture and run daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Run the day-to-day operations of Christchurch branch
- Train, coach, and lead a small team (3 direct reports + contractors)
- Own fleet presentation, cleaning oversight, safety, and maintenance readiness
- Deliver great customer service
- Manage branch KPIs, maintenance records, local suppliers, and expenses
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
- Drive local sales, up-sell add-ons, and support vehicle sales
Requirements
- Valid driver's licence
- Solid mechanical or handyman confidence
- Strong communicator and natural team leader
- Comfort with computers, apps, and admin tasks
- Positive, solution-first attitude
- Organised with attention to detail
Benefits
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000 - $90,000
