Description

Seasoned Formworker role for long-term civil construction projects in Christchurch with Max People recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Create formwork for concrete walls, slabs, tilt slabs, retaining walls, and pre-cast panels
• Read and interpret plans to ensure accuracy
• Prop and integrate steel reinforcements for structural strength
• Use proprietary systems such as Doka and Altrad
• Maintain health and safety compliance on-site

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Formworker in civil projects
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
• Full toolkit required
• Proficiency in concreting, formwork, and carpentry
• Valid Site Safe and/or Construct Safe certification or willingness to obtain
• Class 1 driver's licence and reliable transport
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test
• Legal right to work in New Zealand
