Description

Short-term chef role for 4-6 weeks in a hotel environment covering evening buffet with free accommodation provided.

Responsibilities

• Covering evening Buffet
• Working 5 days a week with a 2pm start
• Working within a hotel environment including ala carte dining
• Preparing and presenting quality food
• Maintaining kitchen hygiene and food safety standards

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience at Chef de Partie level
• Experience working in a quality focussed environment
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to listen and grow into a hospitality professional
• Must have full chef uniform, shoes and knives
• Experience with ala carte dining in hotel environment
