Description

Hands-on team leader role in stockfeed manufacturing site managing a team of 7 in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the team
• Allocate tasks and manage workflow across the shift
• Oversee machine operation (filling machines, case packers, palletising robots)
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met
• Carry out basic mechanical troubleshooting to minimise downtime
• Manage product flow, including damaged or waste product
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and housekeeping
• Operating machinery including filling machines, case packers, and palletising robots

Requirements

• Manufacturing / production experience (essential)
• Able to commit for the full peak season (June – September)
• Happy in a hands-on, physical role
• Leadership experience OR ready to step up
• Forklift licence
• Reliable, team player with a good attitude
