Description

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a campervan rental branch in Christchurch for a global tourism business.

Responsibilities

  • Run the day-to-day operations of the Christchurch branch including vehicles, people, and processes
  • Train, coach, and lead a small team of 3 direct reports plus contractors
  • Own fleet presentation, cleaning oversight, safety, and maintenance readiness
  • Deliver great customer service and jump in when needed
  • Manage branch KPIs, maintenance records, local suppliers, and expenses
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
  • Drive local sales, up-sell add-ons, and support vehicle sales

Requirements

  • Valid driver's licence
  • Solid mechanical or handyman confidence
  • Strong communicator and natural team leader
  • Comfort with computers, apps, and admin tasks
  • Positive, solution-first attitude with ownership mindset
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Lead by example with high standards and ability to delegate
