Description
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a campervan rental branch in Christchurch for a global tourism business.
Responsibilities
- Run the day-to-day operations of the Christchurch branch including vehicles, people, and processes
- Train, coach, and lead a small team of 3 direct reports plus contractors
- Own fleet presentation, cleaning oversight, safety, and maintenance readiness
- Deliver great customer service and jump in when needed
- Manage branch KPIs, maintenance records, local suppliers, and expenses
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
- Drive local sales, up-sell add-ons, and support vehicle sales
Requirements
- Valid driver's licence
- Solid mechanical or handyman confidence
- Strong communicator and natural team leader
- Comfort with computers, apps, and admin tasks
- Positive, solution-first attitude with ownership mindset
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Lead by example with high standards and ability to delegate
