Remote outbound team running a proven insurance campaign with daily support, clear processes, and real earning potential on top of a solid base.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to prospective customers
• Starting genuine conversations
• Qualifying whether they'd be open to a free quote or review of their existing insurance policy
• Identify interest and ask the right questions
• Pass qualified opportunities through to an adviser

Requirements

• Phone-based sales experience preferred - appointment setting, telesales, or outbound lead generation
• Confident speaking to strangers
• Self-managed - you don't need chasing to get your work done
• Comfortable with basic technology
• Quiet home workspace and reliable internet
• Valid NZ working rights - backpackers welcome to apply

Benefits

• $65,000 base annual salary, paid weekly
• Uncapped commission and performance bonuses on top, paid monthly
