Description

Live-in position at luxury boutique lodge providing overnight support, guest services, and multi-functional hospitality duties.

Responsibilities

• Reside on property during scheduled working periods
• Remain onsite overnight as primary contact when other staff finish shifts
• Assist with late check-ins and respond to guest needs during evenings
• Handle basic problem-solving and escalate major issues to Lodge Manager
• Maintain clear records of incidents or guest interactions
• Daytime duties including kitchen, housekeeping, or food and beverage service

Requirements

• Must be willing to live onsite during rostered periods
• Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently
• Strong problem-solving ability and calm under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Previous experience in hospitality preferred
• Flexibility to take on multi-functional roles
• Right to work in New Zealand
• Current Police Check
