Flexible multi-department role at a holiday park supporting front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food operations.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, professional customer service to guests
• Front office and reception support including reservations and cash handling
• Cleaning and upkeep of accommodation, amenities, and public areas
• Grounds and general maintenance support
• Assisting with food & beverage or kiosk operations
• Supporting the wider team with general operational tasks

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or holiday park operations
• Flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to work across multiple areas
• Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic to intermediate computer literacy
• Cash handling experience preferred
• Availability to work 7-day rotating roster including weekends
• Right to work in New Zealand
