Support role for tourism operations involving customer service, logistics planning, and administrative tasks in Auckland.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers who come into retail space
• Answer emails and deal with clients on the phone
• Assist with daily planning of drivers manifests and tours
• Run operations independently on some days once trained
• Be on call every night and early morning on rotating roster

Requirements

• Extremely accurate in everything you do
• Few years work experience required
• Extremely good knowledge of NZ both North and South Island
• Good oral and written English
• Ability to problem solve and think on your feet
• Prepared to work weekends and public holidays
