This full-time, part-time role based in Christchurch, Auckland and Wellington will see you play a crucial part in raising vital funds for important causes

Responsibilities

• Engaging with members of the public to discuss our work and encourage donations
• Building strong relationships with potential donors and converting their interest into financial support
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience to all those you interact with
• Achieving and exceeding individual and team fundraising targets
• Providing feedback and insights to the wider team to help drive continuous improvement
• Representing Mindset Marketing professionally and positively at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer-facing, sales or fundraising role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the community
• Strong time management and organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks
• A resilient and persistent mindset to handle rejection and keep pushing forward
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
