Permanent full-time position at global contact centre assisting guests in booking campervan holidays in New Zealand and Australia.

Responsibilities

• Utilize customer service skills to match customers with the perfect campervan
• Provide quotes and assist with bookings for holidays in NZ & AU
• Manage main communication channels: phone, email, and live chat
• Achieve sales targets
• Familiarize guests with products and highlight activities in New Zealand and Australia

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in customer service or contact centre
• Tourism industry experience is a plus
• Tertiary qualification preferred but not essential
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent listening skills
• Tech-savvy
• Enthusiasm for travel and tourism
• Available to work some evenings and weekends
