Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all visitors
• Stay up to date with all Waitomo attractions, products, and services
• Connect with visitors from diverse cultures and backgrounds
• Offer helpful insights on the local area and North Island attractions

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Passion for the local area and desire to showcase its hidden gems
• Ability to create memorable and authentic visitor experiences
• Friendly, confident, and outgoing with ability to start conversations easily
• Energetic team player with a can-do attitude
• Flexibility to work in a 7-day operation
