Assist guests in booking dream campervan holidays and answer questions about the campervan experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilise excellent customer service skills and product knowledge to match customers with the perfect campervan
• Provide quotes and assist with bookings for holidays in NZ & AU
• Manage main communication channels: phone, email, and live chat
• Be motivated to achieve sales targets
• Familiarise guests with products and highlight fun activities in New Zealand and Australia

Requirements

• 1-2 years in customer service or Contact Centre
• Tourism industry experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and excellent listening skills
• Enthusiasm for travel and tourism
• Available to work some evenings and weekends
