Full-time chef position at Speights Ale House in Blenheim, responsible for all food preparation. This position is located in Blenheim, New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation and cooking
• Maintain food control and health and safety standards
• Manage portion controls
• Handle deliveries
• Manage stock control
• Perform other duties as required by management

Requirements

• Experience necessary
• Proficient in all aspects of food preparation
• Available to work 7 days roster (minimum 35 hours per week)
