Description

Building role with a small company in a tourist town covering residential, commercial, maintenance, decks, repairs, and renovations.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with a range of carpentry tasks
• Working independently on building projects
• Reading and interpreting building plans and specifications
• Performing repairs and renovations on various structures

Requirements

• Minimum four years previous building experience
• Preferably trade qualified
• Physically fit and self-starter
• Good spoken English
• Driver's license valid for NZ
• Relevant NZ work visa
• Good knowledge of construction techniques
• Adaptable all-rounder
