Provide exceptional dining service at luxury Rosewood Kauri Cliffs lodge on Northland's coastline.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dining service with warmth and professionalism
• Prepare dining areas to our standards and attend daily briefings
• Manage and adapt to guest requests with care and attention to detail
• Work alongside the kitchen and restaurant teams for seamless service
• Use our Point-of-Sale system accurately and efficiently
• Make coffees, cocktails, and serve beverages (including wine)

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Attendant in hospitality
• Genuine passion for guest service and creating memorable moments
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• High attention to detail, reliability, and honesty
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Reliable transport and a valid New Zealand work visa or working holiday visa
