Hands-on role preparing campervans for rental and delivering customer service to travelers in a campervan rental business.

Responsibilities

• Carry out campervan safety checks, interior repairs, and minor refurbishments
• Quality-check the work of contract cleaners to ensure vans are spotless
• Greet customers and manage check-ins/check-outs
• Process rental contracts
• Provide handovers and trip briefings to customers
• Upsell add-ons like insurance and camping gear
• Support the Branch Manager in daily operations

Requirements

• Valid driver's licence and clean driving record
• Practical hands-on skills with tools and repairs
• Strong people skills and customer-focused approach
• Good attention to detail and efficiency
• Legal right to work in New Zealand
• Available to work Saturdays
