Responsibilities

• Hosting fun, gameified group interview sessions for potential brand ambassador superstars
• Connecting with people to identify their strengths for this unique position
• Completing pre-employment checks (interviews, qualification, call screening)
• Assisting with on-boarding
• Creatively approaching recruitment, designing and advertising in exciting ways
• Collaborating with your team to achieve great results

Requirements

• Enthusiastic about the not for profit sector and roles with purpose
• Great communication skills and ability to take initiative
• Available full-time
• New Zealand citizen / Permanent Resident OR valid full-time work visa
• In Auckland and able to commute to the CBD daily
• Confident, outgoing and bubbly personality
